<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as drop of various information in a conventional search for a bottleneck process carried out based on a failure stop integrated time or a waiting integrated time on a production line constructed of a plurality of process parts. <P>SOLUTION: Time series data are created by collecting signals (S10) from a sensor part detecting a predetermined action on a process in a plurality of parts on the production line. A similarity degree of a time variation pattern of sensing frequency information is compared with that of the corresponding part of the time series data in the adjacent sensor part. Consequently, when the both time series data are differentiated by a first predetermined threshold value (S18) or more, it is determined that there is a delay process part between the both sensors or around the downstream side sensor part between the both sensor parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
