PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit which has a simple circuit constitution and converts the level of an input pulse signal of a low voltage amplitude. SOLUTION: An inverter 40 drives an output signal SOUT with high voltage VH or low voltage VL in accordance with the high or low voltage of a node 15 and prescribed inverted voltage. A voltage adjusting part 20 has driving force for making the voltage of the node 15 close to the inverted voltage with a time constant corresponding to an RC product when the voltage of the node 15 is different from the inverted voltage, and transfers a voltage variation of an input signal SIN to the node 15 through capacitors 21 and 22. As a result, even when the voltage variation of the input signal is smaller than the absolute value of threshold voltage of transistors 31, 32, 41 and 42 constituting the level shifter circuit 10, an output of the inverter 40 is inverted to be able to drive an output signal.
