PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcasting system capable of utilizing data broadcasting through a network. SOLUTION: In the data broadcasting system where a program providing unit (101) for providing program data composed of at least one of data broadcasting content data, and AV data are connected with an information processor (102) through a network (103), the program providing unit comprises a program data delivering section and a message information firing section. The information processor comprises a section (310) for processing the program data received at least through the network (103), a section (311) for dynamically altering data indicating the frequency of monitoring the firing of message information, and sections (312, 313) for acquiring fired message information through the network according to the monitoring frequency data.
