PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing device for a game machine for managing the game machine in the unit of components and efficiently collecting reusable components, and to provide a managing system for the game machine. SOLUTION: When a transmitting/receiving means receives game machine information transmitted from a maker terminal 62, a host computer 66 registers the game machine information received by an information registering means in a database. When the transmitting/receiving means receives read information of a collected game machine read by a reader from a center terminal 76, a maker determining means determines the maker of the collected game machine on the basis of the received read information. Then an information updating means updates the database 72, and the transmitting/receiving means transmits collection information to the maker terminal 62. When processing indicating information is received from the maker terminal 62, the database 72 is updated, on the basis of the received processing indicating information, so that the main body of the game machine and its components are managed.
