PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block mounting base securely fixed to a block P, with no fear of releasing even by severe vibration, easily attachable to/detachable from the block P, and usable many times repeatedly. SOLUTION: For this block mounting base placed on a lower surface of a supporting block, an elastic belt-shaped base plate 1 is formed, a pair of locking protrusions 2 are provided from both lengthwise end parts of the base part 1 to be inclined toward the block P, and the locking protrusions 2 are press-fitted to side surfaces of the block P placed on the base plates 1. The base plate 1 is composed of a synthetic rubber material of ethylene propylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, or neoprene rubber, and synthetic resin material.
