摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump with a simple structure, driven at a low voltage and miniaturized, capable of reducing cost, without causing electrolysis while liquid is being supplied even if the amount of the supplied liquid is increased and the liquid is an electrolyte solution and without denaturing a protein solution, and also to provide a device for treating a small amount of the liquid. SOLUTION: Since a part on the downstream side of a part of an inside channel 12 where volume change is repeated by a pump drive means 13 is filled with a resistance filler 17, a liquid sample flowing from an inflow 12a into the inside channel 12 is continuously sent to an outflow 12b without flowing backward. Therefore, the structure is simple in comparison with a conventional micropump and a conventional device for treating the small amount of the liquid, the pump can be driven at the low voltage and can be miniaturized, and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, the amount of the supplied liquid per unit time can be increased, the electrolysis does not occur while the liquid is being supplied even if the liquid sample is an electrolyte solution, and the protein solution is not denatured.
