PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a sealed type scroll compressor while preventing destruction of ozone layer and global warming-up by using ammoniacal coolant. SOLUTION: The sealed type scroll compressor 100 is comprised of a compressing mechanism part 2 having a fixed scroll 5 and a turning scroll 6 in a sealed vessel 1, a motor part 3 including a stator 3a and a rotor 3b, a drive shaft 14 connected to the rotor 3b to drive the compressing mechanism part 2 and supported by slide bearings 32, 39, and lubricating oil 22 supplied to the slide bearings 32, 39.
