PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder makeup cosmetic compounded with a large amount of luster powder, keeping the formability and application feeling and surely forming a makeup film having excellent lustrous appearance as the most important property of the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic contains luster powder having an average particle diameter of≥15μm, talc having an average particle diameter of 3-12μm and a disruption index of≤2.1 in conformity to the disruption test method 2 (defined in the specification), and an oily component. The content of the luster powder is 50-80 wt.% and the weight ratio of talc/luster powder is 0.1-0.6.
