PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the deaeration performance of a vacuum deaeration apparatus. SOLUTION: This vacuum deaeration apparatus 1 for jetting the liquid to be deaerated into a dearation part 2 and evacuating gas from the part 2 is provided with a treated liquid pump 3 connected to the part 2 for transferring the treated liquid deaerated in the part 2 to its loading side, a pressurizing pump 4 for pressurizing the liquid to be deaerated and at least a part of the treated liquid transferred by the pump 3 and a jetting means 5 connected to the pump 4 for jetting the pressurized liquid into the part 2. The apparatus 1 is constituted so that at least a part of the treated liquid is circulated through the pump 3, the pump 4 and the means 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
