PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the jetting direction optionally changeable by installing the swinging adaptor between a nozzle chip to be attached to an appliance such as a humidifier and the appliance. SOLUTION: The adaptor is made to have a ball joint structure comprising a bearing member, a ball member, a presser member, and a nozzle joining member and a nozzle chip is joined to the nozzle joining member. These bearing member, ball member, and nozzle joining member are respectively provided with a gas flow channel and a liquid flow channel. As long as the ball member is rotated in an allowable rotation angle range, the gas flow channel and the liquid flow channel formed in the ball member communicate with the gas flow channel and the liquid flow channel of the bearing member and also the gas flow channel and the liquid flow channel of the nozzle joining member fixed in the ball member. The bearing member is enabled to change the positioning of the nozzle chip upward, downward and toward a side by changing the installation angle of the bearing member to the humidifier by bending a ball reception part.
