PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for collectively installing a large number of sample containers in a crusher and a centrifuge so as to efficiently carry out crushing and centrifugation. SOLUTION: A container holder 22 swingably holding a large number of sample containers 30 is installed in an installation body 20 of a crusher. Since the installed sample containers 30 held in the container holder 22 are fixed by presser plate 23, the sample is crushed by the operation of the crusher. After the crushing treatment, the container holder 22 is transferred to a centrifuge, the respective sample containers 30 are installed in turns at a proper angle for the centrifugation and the crushed sample is centrifuged.
