<p>A layer of elastic material (14) is located above the access opening (72). The layer is penetrated using a hollow needle (22, 24, 26), through which fluid is then introduced into a microchannel (64). The needle is led in a guide (32) on penetrating the layer. During penetration, the guide is pressed flat against the elastic layer. The needle is filled up to an outlet opening (92) before penetrating the layer. Before introduction, the microchannel is completely filled with a second fluid (96). During introduction, the hollow needle is guided in through the opening to an adjustable depth. When the elastic layer is positioned, the opening is closed by it. The layer has an intentional weakness for penetration, at the opening. The layer has a bead forming a sealing lip around the access opening. For location, the microfluidic structure is partially surrounded by a casing structure of the layer.
