HOME PAD HAVING REMOTE CONTROLLER FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR LEARNING REMOTE CONTROLLER FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A home pad having a remote controller function and its method for learning the remote controller function are provided to allow a home pad to remotely control home appliances respectively or all of them according to user's selection. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) inputs a user command inputted from a user. An infrared transmitting/receiving unit(120) transmits and receives infrared rays. A storing unit(130) stores various information data. A display unit(140) displays a corresponding remote controller-related window according to the inputting of a user's command through the input unit(110) or under the control of a main controller(150). The main controller(150) controls a general operation of a home pad(100) when power is applied to the home pad(100).
