PURPOSE: An open drain output buffer is provided to increase a swing width of output data being output from an output buffer and at the same time to reduce output data skew during a pull-up operation or a pull-down operation. CONSTITUTION: The open drain output buffer(400) comprises an output node(NOUT), and a control part(410) increasing a voltage level of the output node in response to input data and the first control signal during a pull-up operation. And a detection part(420) receives the input data in response to a clock signal, and controls a voltage level of the output node by generating the first control signal when a logic value of the input data inputted before the received input data is in the first level continuously.
