SHEET FEEDING SHAFT, ITS MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shafts for feeding a sheet formed with mutually opposing spikelike projections on the whole surfaces of a pair of metallic round bars.

SOLUTION: The metallic round bar 1 is supported at both ends to control a rotation angle. A pair of punch units 24 having a pair of cutting blades 28 aligned in the direction of axial line of the metallic round bar 1 are reciprocated and driven in the direction of circumferential face simultaneously from both sides of the metallic round bar 1 to perform embossing while rotating the metallic round bar 1 sequentially.
