<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse influences on wired optical fibers by shrinkage of a sheet at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber sheet 1 is constituted by wiring optical fibers 3 in a soft resin sheet 2. Parts of the soft resin sheet 2 where no optical fibers 3 are wired are provided with dummy optical fibers 4. Even when the soft resin sheet 2 is shrink at a low temperature, the dummy optical fibers 4 prevent the soft resin sheet 2 from shrinking.
