摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after treatment device capable of folding papers with high folding position accuracy without generating unevenness of the paper folding position in the recording paper, and to provide an image forming apparatus connected to the same, and an image forming system. <P>SOLUTION: The paper folding device 30 is provided with paper folding rollers R1 and R2 arranged along a carrying passage WY1 and a paper folding roller R3 arranged to be brought in contact with the paper folding roller R1 along a direction crossing the WY1. A contact part between the rollers R1 and R2 is formed with a nip part N1, and a contact part between the rollers R1 and R3 is formed with a nip part N2. A carrying passage WY2 is arranged in the contact part between the rollers R1 and R3, and a chopper CH1 is arranged at a position opposite to the nip part N1, and a chopper 2 is arranged at a position opposite to the nip part N2. When the paper folding instruction line is detected by a sensor BSE1, the chopper CH1 abuts on the recording paper t form a V-shape projecting part, and the formed V-shape projecting part is engaged with the nip part N1 to make a folding line or to fold the recording paper.
