<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that accurately retains and fixes indoor heat exchangers without changing a casing even if the indoor heat exchangers are changed. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises the following parts installed on a base plate: L-shaped indoor-side heat exchangers 3 formed at least in a row, facing an air inlet positioned on one side of the front face of the main body 1 or an air inlet provided on one side of the main body 1; a blower fan 10 placed opposite the indoor-side heat exchangers; an air guiding part which houses the blower fan and forms an air guiding passage 5a leading to the upper portion on the other side of the main body front face; and an electric equipment box 7 provided under the air guiding part. An engagement part comprising a first mounting hole 4f and a second mounting hole 6e on a side face of the air guiding part and facing the inner sides of the rear parts of the indoor-side heat exchangers 3, and spacers 20, 21 abutting on the inner sides of the rear parts of the indoor-side heat exchangers are detachably provided on the engagement part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
