PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sensitively and simply detecting specific antigenic proteins based on continuing immune reactions while high extraction efficiency from a specimen is maintained. SOLUTION: Extraction from the specimen is performed by means of an ionic surfactant of high concentration to measure prescribed proteins such as ovomucoid contained in the specimen by an immunity measuring method. The use of the immunity measuring method remarkably improves the extraction efficiency of the prescribed proteins while antigen-antibody reactions are maintained in continuing immunity measurement. As a result, the sensitivity of the entire measurement system is dramatically enhanced. Further, the whole of the measuring method can be simplified since the removal/dilution of the surfactant is dispensed with. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
