PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable hand car not requiring any consideration of a storing place for an outrigger and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A movable hand car A has, as its major components, a chassis 1, rear tires 2, 3 and front tires 4, 5 installed at the chassis 1, a handle 6 (a tracting handle) for use in changing a turning direction of the movable hand car A, a first auxiliary member 7 and a second auxiliary member 8 for use in changing a turning direction of the front tires 4, 5 in response to an operation of the handle 6, a brake shoe 9 and a brake pedal 10 for use in stopping the movable hand car A. In particular, the handle 6 is formed into a T-shape with steel material or the like and a terminal end 6a of the handle 6 is provided with a first engaging part 6b formed into a disc shape. The central part of the first engaging part 6b has a hole 6c, and its circumferential edge has a plurality of fine engaging grooves 6e extending from the central part in a radial direction.
