PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel supporting device for a reach type forklift exhibiting travel stability and riding comfortableness of a vehicle with a simple structure at a low price. SOLUTION: A lower stop rubber 36 made of synthetic rubber for regulating swinging of an under link 27 to the vertical direction is provided between the under link 27 and an under link support part 22 of the reach type forklift, and an upper stop rubber 35 made of the synthetic rubber for regulating swinging of a drive unit 26 to the vertical direction is provided between the drive unit 26 and a stopper bracket 25. A ratio of a length from a fulcrum 19 of the under link 27 to a caster unit support part 37 to a length from the fulcrum 19 of the under link 27 to a drive unit connecting part 18 is in a range of 7:3 to 6:4.
