The burner comprises an air nozzle (1), an accommodation chamber (2), a mixture chamber (3) and an oil chamber (4). A vapor chamber (5) with a supersonic nozzle (6) are concentric to the oil chamber. A concentric screening (7) to the air nozzle is adjustable, and is located in the accommodation chamber of the fully atomizing chamber (8). Between the accommodating chamber and the screening is a ring gap. The screening is a part of the periphery of the accommodation chamber and fully atomizing chamber in the proportion of 1+3.5.
