PURPOSE: Provided is a method for changing prescription data in a drug distribution device which supports a manual division work, thereby enhancing an automation degree of an automatic distribution process, decreasing the same division work by a worker, and improving the efficiency of the work. CONSTITUTION: The method of changing the prescription data in a drug distribution device comprises the steps of, if drug data in the prescription data includes an integral number portion and a decimal portion, making the manual division data including the decimal portion only from the drug data including the integral number portion and the decimal portion; changing the drug data including the integral number portion and the decimal portion into the drug data including the integral number portion only; data-processing the manual division data in a manual division drug supply unit(15); and data-processing the changed drug data in an automatic drug-feeding unit(14).
