<p>The method involves using a structure with a channel (G) having a base (10). In cross-section, the channel forms a U-shape with a middle groove (11) in the base and two side walls (12). The middle base section is intended to be applied against a support, such as a wall. The whole channel may be formed by an extrusion process to form the required cross-section. The channel is closed by a cover (13) which also has a U-shape but is applied the opposite way up in order to close the channel. In order to retain the cover, and especially accessories such as the end piece (20), folded clips (25) are provided. These are attached to the edge of the projecting side walls of the channel, and enable retention of the accessories. The folded clips may be fastened by crimping in place using a pair of pliers.</p> |
