The arrangement has a rectifier (GL) with an input to have a received signal and including an output to provide a rectified signal. A signal evaluating circuit (AS) is connected to a signal capacitor (CS) that is connected to an output of the rectifier. A discharge current sink (IS) connected to the capacitor has a current mirror circuit with MOSFET transistors that are connected to one another in a cascode arrangement.
