PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that miniaturization of an electronic component provided with communication functions is easily attained, while taking the characteristic of the electronic component provided with the communication functions into consideration and application for various electronic equipment is easily available. SOLUTION: Relating to this semiconductor device 28 that an antenna for signal exchange and a semiconductor element 12 are joined by electrically connecting them, an antenna base 20, which is formed in almost the same size as that of the planar shape of the element 12 and is also composed, in such a manner that antenna patterns 24 operating as the antenna are formed on a base made of the same material as the element 12, jointed together with the element electrode terminals 26 and the patterns 24 electrically connected, while the surface on which the terminals 26 of the element 12 are formed is opposite to the surface on which the patterns 24 of the base 20 are formed. |
