PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the viewing or recording of a desired program by predicting the change or extension of the broadcasting time of a program whose viewing or recording is reserved in a reserving stage, and assigning the reservation to this viewing or recording equipment of the target of reservation according to the instruction of a user or automatically in order to prevent any overlapped reservation. SOLUTION: This program reserving device is provided with an electronic program list preparing means 16 for preparing an electronic program list, a display means 17 for displaying the electronic program list, a program preparing means 12 for designating a desired program from the displayed electronic program list and for reserving the viewing or recording of the program, a reservation schedule preparing means 14 for preparing a reservation schedule from the reserved program, and a reservation schedule control means 15 for controlling the prepared reservation schedule to be a proper reservation schedule. |
