摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture an optical detection system which generates neither a void nor a crack and has high light transmissivity in a short curing time by coupling a photoconductor and optical fibers optically by using a visible light setting type adhesive. CONSTITUTION:In a 1st process, the tips of the optical fibers 12 are inserted into insertion holes 14b and 15b of the photoconductor and the tips of the optical fibers 12 are positioned in adhesion insertion holes 14a and 15a communicating with the insertion holes 14b and 15b. In a 2nd process, the visible light setting type adhesive is supplied into the adhesion insertion holes 14a and 15a by a sufficient amount and in a 3rd process, the adhesive is irradiated with visible light from above. The irradiating visible light reaches the visible light setting type adhesive in the adhesion insertion holes 14a and 15a to cure the visible light setting type adhesive. Consequently, the optical fibers 12 and photoconductor are optically coupled. These processes are carried out to adhere the photoconductor and optical fibers 12 in a short period by using the visible light.
