METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING PHONE NUMBER CHARACTER ANNOUNCEING SERVICE BASED ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A method and system for providing a phone number character announcement service based on wireless communication are provided to inform a user about stores and public offices of the area where the user is positioned. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a text message sending menu(302). The user inputs a search service, goods or a name of a category of business in character and sends a text message(304). A call discriminating unit of a service providing server discriminates whether a received call is a text message calling or a voice message calling(306). If the received call is a text message calling, the call discriminating unit searches information on stores within a base station(310). It is checked whether a store is searched(312), If a stores is searched, a text message is formed(314). The formed text message is transmitted(318). A user receives the text message and presses a call button(320) so as to be connected to the store(322).
