PURPOSE: A method of making broiled rice-cake(ttockbocki) using potato, pumpkin, rice flour, wheat flour, garlic, ginger and dried green onion is provided. The product is rich in nutrients and contains natural material without pesticide and thus is useful as a dietary food product. CONSTITUTION: Potato, sweet potato and pumpkin are mixed in a ratio of 1.5:1:1, cut to a specified size and immersed in water for about 1hr. It is heated in a steamer and cooled. Rice flour and wheat flour are mixed in a ratio of 6:4, added with a suitable amount of garlic, ginger, dried green onion or the like and then mixed. The mixtures thus obtained are kneaded with a brine solution, heated in a pressure steamer and extruded.
