PURPOSE: A split type preflex continuous composite beam is provided to heighten the construction quality and economical efficiency by maximizing the resistance against the design moment. CONSTITUTION: The split type preflex continuous composite beam(10) comprises the steps of applying preflexion load on a steel(11a) formed in the upward convex shape, arranging composite beams(11) for the positive moment section which are applied with compressive force to casing concrete(11b) on both sides, applying preflexion load to a steel(12a) formed in the downward convex shape between the composite beams(11), and connecting/assembling composite beams(12) for the negative moment section which are applied with tensile force to casing concrete(12b).
