TIMING CONTROLLER FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A timing controller for an LCD device is provided to previously select data stored in an inner storage device while outputting substantial initial data, and to output the data for a certain frame by checking the frame, thereby minimizing a sudden increase of a load and reducing an inrush current. CONSTITUTION: A data converter(204) receives input data to generate RGB data. An inner memory(206) stores the RGB data according to a mode of an LCD device. The inner memory(206) stores white RGB data(208) and black RGB data(210). The data(208,210) are selected by a switch(S), and the selected data is supplied to a data selector(212). The data selector(212) outputs the RGB data from the inner memory(206) while starting the LCD device, and outputs the RGB data generated from the data converter(204).
