The arrangement has a final control unit that controls the effective liquid quantity supplied to the coupling in accordance with a control signal and a regulator that supplies the control signal depending on a control deviation of a measured actual revolution rate value from a demanded revolution rate value. The final control unit feeds the control signal via a switch unit automatically switched from a first position in which the control signal from the regulator is supplied to a second in which a desired control signal is supplied if no measured actual revolution rate is available.
