PURPOSE: A grounding type resin panel and a cubicle are provided to allow for ease of manufacture and construction, while reducing costs and achieving improved safety. CONSTITUTION: A grounding type resin panel comprises a conductive member attached integrally with the inner surface of a panel body(7) which is formed of a resin serving as an insulator. The conductive member is a metal mesh(8) formed by connecting metal wires.
