PURPOSE: Disclosed is a drooping type artificial reefs acting as a floating breakwater construction to confirm with the naked eye, to display reefs effect 100% by inhabiting adhesive seaweeds with smooth photosynthesis action being installed in 20m below sea level. CONSTITUTION: The drooping type artificial reefs acting as a floating breakwater construction is characterized by forming waste plastic material to a spiral pipe body (1) with reusable continuous extruding method; inserting and compressing waste tires (3) on the inside of an insert pipe (1); floating it on the surface of the sea by filling air with a compressed air pin (5) by sealing a seal cap (2); fixing waste tires (8) and air layer tires (9) with an anchor (15) and a rope (14) on the surface of the sea by connecting in all directions with a connecting bolt/nut (7) and a connecting ring (11) simultaneously; binding a connecting rod (17) on a protected shape clincher (16) united with the spiral body pipe (1); binding a top plate on the connecting rod (17).
