PURPOSE: A cosmetic brush and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily manufacture a plurality of cosmetic brushes having various types and improve convenience of applying manicure resulting from the various types. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic brush(1) comprises: a hank(3) bundled by a plurality of furs(31) for putting liquid cosmetics on a predetermined region; and a rod(2) for receiving the hank(3). A junction unit(32) is formed to be one form by thermally melting end portions of the plurality of furs(31) for constituting the hank(3). The junction unit(32) of the hank(3) is inserted into a housing(21) of the rod(2) having the same cross section formation as that of the junction unit(32) of the hank(3). The hank(3) inserted into the housing(21) of the rod(2) is fixed by a fixing unit not to be separated. Here, the fixing unit is formed to fix the hank(3) by a protrusion by compressing a portion around the rod(2).
