PURPOSE: Provided are a sheathing structure useable in economical construction of underground outer wall structure by utilizing the sheathing structure integrated with the outer wall as a part of the constructional building, and a construction process and the underground outer wall produced by the process. CONSTITUTION: The sheathing structure comprises an 'H' section steel pile(1) having a connector(3) to bond the pile to concrete of underground outer wall(5) of the structure at one side of a flange faced to the outer wall(5); soil cement wall(2) introduced into the outer wall in a desired thickness to surround the pile(1) and fill a space between several piles(1); and a connection iron material(4) laid across the cement wall(2) and the concrete of the outer wall(5) to connect the wall(2) and the outer wall(5). The connector(3) consists of studs integrated with one side of the flange to rigidly couple the pile(1) and the outer wall(5). The soil cement(2) may contain reinforcing fibers.
