PURPOSE: A portable key holding assembly is provided which enables a key to be easily engaged with and disengaged from the assembly by forming at least one embossing for preventing the key from fluctuating while compressing a key head portion, and which increases portability. CONSTITUTION: The portable key holding assembly comprises: at least one connection member(10) having an insertion groove into which a head portion of a key(2); at least one embossing for preventing fluctuation of the key(2) by compressing the head portion of the key(2) on the interior wall of the insertion groove; a key holding case(20) with which the connection member(10) is rotatably coupled and which holds the key(2) and the connection member(10); an engagement member(plate-shaped), openable cover member(30) formed on one surface of the key holding case(20); and a stopper protrusion(28) that supports the bottom surface of the cover member(30).
