摘要 PURPOSE: A fuel injection device is provided to suppress production of unburned gas and to improve the combustion efficiency by accelerating atomization through an increase of the flow rate and a collision between particles of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection device comprises a spiral shaft(1), a spiral pipe(3), and a body(5). The spiral shaft makes fuel, injected from an injector, swirled via plural spiral grooves and injected to a combustion chamber. The spiral pipe is arranged in a state of covering the spiral pipe. The spiral pipe makes swirl occurs while air passes through plural spiral grooves(4) formed in the outer peripheral surface and makes the air injected to the combustion chamber together with fuel. The body connects the spiral pipe and the spiral shaft to the injector. A nozzle head(7) supporting the spiral pipe, a spiral pipe sleeve(9) fitted into the outer peripheral surface of the spiral pipe, a spiral shaft sleeve(12) installed to the outer periphery of the spiral shaft, and a fixing plate(14) pushing and fixing the spiral shaft sleeve are sequentially layered in the body. Air passages(13,15) communicating with the spiral grooves of the spiral pipe are formed to the spiral shaft sleeve and to the fixing plate. An injector inlet(16) connecting a fuel injection port of the injector and the spiral shaft is formed in the middle of the fixing plate.
