PURPOSE: Provided is a battery pack, which is easily separable from a battery by using non-welding connection unit and improves the performance of battery by placing a lead plate onto a top side of battery. CONSTITUTION: The battery pack(30) includes a battery(10) for generating an electric current; a safety device comprising a protective circuit substrate(41) connected with the terminal parts of anode and cathode of the battery(10); a connection unit for connecting in a non-welding way between the terminal parts of anode and cathode and the terminal part of protective circuit substrate(41); and an exterior case(31) for receiving the battery(10) and the safety device. The connection unit includes a compression coil spring(43) installed in a compressed form between a top of cap plate(21) and the terminal part of protective circuit substrate(41).
