PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently defoam bubbles generated at the time of laminating activated energy beam-cured resin on a mold while smoothing it. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a lens sheet comprises the steps of forming the reservoir of a first activated energy-cured resin at the end of a mold formed with a lens pattern, coating a second activated energy beam-cured resin on the entire surface of the mold, removing the bubbles in the resins, mounting an activated energy beam permeable base member while holding the approach angle of the base member at 10 to 30 degrees, pressure spreading the resins via the base member, laminating the resins on the mold, emitting the resins with he beam via the base member to cure it, and releasing the base member laminated with the resins from the mold. |
