PURPOSE: A CRT cooling device using sealed liquid is provided to reduce costs for a mold for manufacturing a coupler, and allow for ease of assembly of a coupler. CONSTITUTION: A CRT cooling device comprises a coupler(33) for forming a space for sealing a refrigerant(32); a pressure control unit communicated to the coupler, wherein the pressure control unit maintains pressure of the refrigerant constant by absorbing a volumetric change of the refrigerant expanding or contracting by heat; and an external connector(34) arranged in the direction vertical to a screen of a CRT(31) in such a manner that the refrigerant is injected to the coupler and the pressure control unit is installed.
