<p>Polypeptide immunocomplexes comprising a pair or dimer of heavy chains associated with each other wherein each heavy chain comprises a soluble binding domain and at least CH2 and CH3 antibody constant region domains. The soluble binding domains may have different specificities. A light chain may be associated with the complex, the light chain being a complementary assembly domain such as a leucine zipper or VCAM or VLA-4 with a soluble effector domain attached, such as an enzyme or toxin. A plurality of such dimers may be complexed by an assembly J chain. Alternative soluble binding domains include VHH or modified VH domains. Also claimed are constructs, vectors and methods of production of such complexes in host cells and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such complexes as well as other forms of light chain free antibodies.</p> |
