Measurement unit (1) for measurement and further transmission of measurement data comprises at least a measurement point (7) for acquisition of the data and at least an interface for connection to a central unit (2). The measurement unit also has a processor unit as well as local storage for processing of measurement data. The measurement data are processed including digitization within the processor unit before transfer to a database in the central unit. The invention also relates to a corresponding method. |
