Disclosed herein is a stabilization method of nano-sized emulsion by using lecithin and tocopheryl derivatives represented by the following formula (I) and(Wherein,R1, R2 and R3 are H or methyl group, and at least one position selected from the group consisting of the R1, R2 and R3 positions are methyl group; and,A is CH2-CH(CH3)- or CH=C(CH3)-)and an external application for skin containing the stabilized nano-sized emulsion.
