PURPOSE: A cushion member for a mattress is provided to make use of a mattress for bed as both sofa and bed or as a cushion member of sofa possible, to improve productivity because of a cushion member out of synthetic resin, and thus to reduce production costs and weight of mattress, besides to offer a kind of cushion effect. CONSTITUTION: A mattress which is put on a plate of bed and used, includes innumerable cushion members(10) formed by means of blow molding method using synthetic resin between an upper supporting member(7) and a lower supporting member(8) inside a mattress cover(4). The cushion member(10) includes; an elastic wrinkle(110) applying cushion action to the circumferential surface of the cushion member(10) against the load acting thereon; and many air holes(120,121) making the smooth air flow according to the cushion action possible.
