PURPOSE: A polishing tape is provided to prevent irregular polish in a finishing process of the magnetic head of a magnetic recording device, an LCD panel, the surface of a precision apparatus, a floppy disk, an optical lens and a semiconductor wafer, by effectively removing polish residues by means of nano-clay. CONSTITUTION: The polishing tape comprised of a substrate film layer(5), a polishing agent(1), a binder polymer(2), a hardening agent and solvent, further comprises 1-20pts.wt of a nano-clay(3) which has been treated with an organically modifying agent having 100-1000 of an aspect ratio, based on 100pts.wt of the polishing agent.
