PURPOSE: A method for making a micro needle array of polymer is provided to improve the safety of the needle array by preventing the needle array from being easily damaged. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a micro needle array of polymer comprises the steps of: forming a chrome/gold layer on a glass substrate; etching the chrome/gold layer and forming the section of a needle array; forming a negative photosensitive layer(5) on the glass substrate; vertically exposing the negative photosensitive layer to ultraviolet rays(3) through ultraviolet mask(4); and inclining the ultraviolet rays to the glass substrate.
