PURPOSE: A device for automatically closing a sunshade of a sunroof for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience for using the sunroof and prevent accidents caused by the sunroof by automatically closing the sunshade at the same time as a roof glass of the sunroof is closed. CONSTITUTION: A sunroof for a vehicle has a roof glass(2) slidably installed to a roof panel(1) to open and close an opening unit(1a) formed on the roof panel and a sunshade(4) arranged under the roof glass and mounted to slide in the same direction of the roof glass to prevent light passing through the roof glass from flowing into the vehicle. A device for automatically closing the sunshade is composed of a hanging unit(6a) disposed at the bottom tip of the roof glass and protruded toward the sunshade at the predetermined length and a rotary lever(10) hung to the hanging unit and releasably hinge-mounted to the front end side of the sunshade.
