The present invention relates to nutrient-flow wick culture system for potted plants and cultivation method thereby. More particularly, the present invention relates to a culture system and cultivation method of potted plants to reduce the cost of equipment and to produce high-quality potted plants by circulating nutrient, controlling time of nutrient supply, and moving tray for pots equipped a wick hanging down on an inclined cultivation bed to flow nutrient solution. The invention makes it possible to provide a nutrient-flow wick culture system for potted plants comprising: a nutrient tank; a pump for pumping nutrient solution being connected to the nutrient tank through a coupling tube; a supply pipe formed to branch off a discharge water pipe with a discharge water control valve from the pump and formed by making many jet holes so as to spray nutrient solution downwardly with being connected horizontally at a definite distance at one end of a supply pipe passage with a flow control valve; an induction flute pipe formed at a definite distance to exhaust through a discharge hole made at regular intervals after holding primarily a nutrient supplied into a lower part of the supply pipe; a forming bed characterized that the induction flute pipe is placed at one side and a recovery water pipe with a recovery control valve is connected to base part of a drain hole at the other side, with forming many hollows corresponding to a discharge hole in a long flute plate; a shifter of forming bed installed on a supporter to move the forming bed being supported by the shifter at a regular angle; and a controller controlling the pump, the flow control valve of the supply pipe, the discharge water control valve of the discharge water pipe and the recovery water control valve of the recovery water pipe by predetermined information. |
